The only way is Up

Sometimes in life we go through aches and pains and find no answers or solutions to whatever is bothering us. You want to give up, to let go of everything and run away to a place far away where no one can find you. That is life, with its many ups and downs. But we have to learn to pick ourselves up and face our fears and grow up.

So whenever we face trying situations, let's not crumble and crawl into bed like invalids but let's look up to the sky because up there is beautiful, where the sun shines and God's glory reveals itself.
